Terms of service

Last updated 1 November 2026

The agreement

Traqer is provided by Creaq Technologies, which operates from the Republic of Liberia. By creating an account, and by continuing to use Traqer after signing in, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use Traqer.

What Traqer is

Traqer is a record-keeping tool. You tell it what happened and it keeps the record, turns it into receipts, reports and totals, and shows you where the money went.

Traqer is not a bank, not a payment processor, and not an accountant. Traqer never moves money. It has no connection to your bank or mobile money account, it holds no card details, and it cannot spend, transfer or receive anything on your behalf.

No advice

Nothing in Traqer is financial, tax, legal or accounting advice. Every figure it shows is produced from what you entered, and we cannot tell whether what you entered is right. Decisions about your money, your taxes and your business are yours, and a qualified professional is the person to ask.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to use Traqer. Liberian law, in the Children's Law of 2011, treats anyone younger than that as a child, and this agreement is written for adults.
  • Give us an email address you control and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
  • One account per person. Do not share your sign-in with anyone else.
  • Tell us at support@creaqtech.com if you think somebody else has your password.

Your records are your responsibility

Traqer stores what you enter. It does not audit it, and it cannot detect a figure that is wrong, a customer who does not exist, or a payment that never happened. The record is only as good as what went into it.

Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Export from Profile gives you everything Traqer holds, as a single file, at any time, without asking us.

The ledger is built to be tamper-evident. A confirmed record cannot be silently deleted, only reversed, so a mistake stays visible in the history rather than disappearing from it. That is deliberate, and it means corrections show up as corrections.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Traqer for anything unlawful, or to record money you have no right to record;
  • misrepresent transactions, or use Traqer to disguise where money came from or went;
  • attempt to reach another account's data, or probe, scan or overload the service;
  • copy, resell or provide Traqer to others as a service without our written permission;
  • upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload.

Payment

Traqer has a free tier, and it stays free: everything you have already recorded is readable on it, for as long as you keep the account. Two paid plans, Plus and Business, are priced in United States dollars and shown on this site and in the app before you buy anything. The price, what each plan includes and any trial are stated before you are asked to pay, and we will not charge you without your agreement.

Payment is taken by a third-party payment provider, and the app stores Traqer is distributed through handle payment inside their own stores. We never see or store your card details. If a paid plan is cancelled, it runs to the end of the period you have already paid for; your records stay yours and stay readable, and nothing you already entered is locked away when a plan ends.

Availability

We work to keep Traqer running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change, add or withdraw features. If a change materially reduces what you get, we will say so here or in the app rather than letting you discover it.

Your content, our software

What you put into Traqer is yours. We claim no ownership of it, and we do not use it for anything except running Traqer for you. You give us permission to store and process it for that single purpose, and that permission ends when you delete the record or close your account.

Traqer itself, including its software, its design, its name and its document templates, belongs to Creaq Technologies.

AI help, and what it can get wrong

AI help is optional. It is off until you turn it on, it is asked about once during setup, and you can switch it off on Profile at any time. While it is on, four things can involve an AI service: a question the app could not understand rephrased into one it can, a question the app cannot make sense of answered instead from a digest of your own totals, a written summary of a period, and a photo you choose to have read into the message box.

AI output can be wrong. A model can produce a confident sentence that is not true of your records. That is why the app shows you the rephrased question whenever it uses one, why a summary is thrown away entirely if it mentions a figure you were not shown, and why a photo is only ever typed into the message box for you to check. Nothing is saved until you press Send.

You are responsible for checking anything AI help produced before you save it, send it, or act on it. It is not financial, tax, legal or accounting advice. Every figure in an answer is one Traqer worked out from your own records; the AI chooses which of those figures answers the question and words it, and an answer containing a figure Traqer did not supply is discarded rather than shown. A card written that way says so above the answer.

Free accounts get five AI reads a week, and paid plans include a hundred. That is a fair-use allowance rather than a promise of capacity, so it may change; the app states what your plan includes before you use a read. Answering a question in Q&A is limited separately and does not spend one of those reads. What is sent to the AI service, and what never leaves your device, is set out in the privacy policy.

Cookies and third-party services

Traqer loads no advertising pixel, no tag manager and no third-party analytics script. What is kept in your browser's own storage, and the consent you can give for anything that measures how the app is used, are set out in the privacy policy, under Cookies and analytics. You can change that answer there at any time.

No warranty

Traqer is provided as it is and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that it will be merchantable, fit for a particular purpose, or free of defects.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Creaq Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or lost business, or for records you did not export. Our total liability for any claim relating to Traqer is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and fifty United States dollars.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Profile, and you do not need our permission or a reason. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where we are able to, we will tell you why.

Which law applies, and where a dispute is heard

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia, and a dispute about them is heard by the courts of the Republic of Liberia. Claims like these are civil claims, and in Liberia civil claims are heard in Montserrado County, at the Civil Law Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit. An appeal from there goes to the Supreme Court of Liberia, which has the last word.

That is the court this agreement points to. It is not the only door, and it is not meant to be. If the law where you live gives you a right you cannot sign away, nothing here takes it from you, and you can still bring a claim in your own courts to the extent that law allows. Several countries give consumers that right and do not let an agreement like this one remove it.

Either of us may also ask any court, anywhere, for an immediate order to stop something happening while the rest of a dispute is still being decided. An example would be an order to stop one account being read by another.

One thing is worth saying plainly rather than leaving in the small print: a judgment from a Liberian court is not automatically enforceable in every other country. Enforcing one elsewhere usually means asking a court there to recognise it. Writing to us first is quicker and cheaper than any of this, and in almost every disagreement it is the whole of what is needed.

If these terms change

If we change these terms, we will change this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Traqer after that means you accept the change.
